"After purchasing my first Honda CR80 from Carl's almost 25 years ago, I was very pleased to return and see that nothing has changed in regards to the great product knowledge and customer service experience! My wife and I purchased two new Polaris sleds for the kids this year, as well as all necessary apparel and equipment! There are quite a few things these days that separate top-notch dealers from the "shop down the street" and you guys definitely have it dialed! We were able to get in and out in no time and Brian's help with answering all of our questions/concerns with the sale were handled expeditiously! Brenda was great with riding apparel selections/sizes for the kids and went the extra steps necessary to make sure we would have everything available for our time deadline of before Christmas. And your reputation absolutely proceeds you in regards to service and performance upgrades. Hands down you build the fastest and best handling sleds I've ever experienced! Kudos to Tom, Shane and Deserae for their beyond-expert proficiency in service and warranty knowledge and for treating us like lifelong customers on our first (return) visit after so many years! "I would like to thank Chris Kasel for all of his help with my 07 700 Polaris Dragon RMK. I have called and talked to Chris long distance several times and he is always ready and willing to help. I always ask lots of questions, and he always has the right answers. I just ordered Spindles, Powder pro Skis, skags, clutch weights, springs, helix, front & rear Holz suspentions, 4 shocks etc and I have never had so much help with any other dealer or performance shop. I have been to many states (20 years in the Air Force) and good customer service is hard to find. Now I know why Dick (Mr. Polaris in Alaska) recommend Carls. I will be sure to tell others! "I have an RMK 800 with several performance upgrades. Haveing been to several other dealers that just couldn't get the performance out of it that I expected, I decided to try Carls. What a difference, Jon and Tom were awesome in listening to what changes had I made and what I wanted. I was very impressed with their shop, very professional. "I have been going to Carls for a long time now. Well since I was 6yrs old. I have been a loyal customer now for 24yrs. Everyone has the same product (ect). What draws me back to Carls is the service and the guys on the floor get you into the right bike for you, not the most money they can make... To me thats huge. "My wife and I were in Boise last August visiting family. We had just purchased a new Brute Force 750 for myself at a dealer in the Salt Lake Valley. After having a mediocre experience with that dealership, we decided to check out your dealership while we were in town. At that point we had decided to start shopping for an ATV for my wife.
While there, we spoke to a gentleman named Russ Forsmann. He showed us a few machines that might interest her. He was very patient with us. After browsing at some other machines, my wife sat on a Brute Force 650 and fell in love with it. We were not in a situation that weekend to take delivery of it because we had our SUV and no trailer. So we passed it off and decided it was not the right time to purchase. Russ was awesome, he thanked us for coming in and gave us his card. No pressure was ever given to us to make a purchase.
After getting home to Salt Lake, we did some thinking and decided to purchase the machine after all. I made a phone call and Russ took care of everything else. It was easy and painless.
The following weekend we came back to town with the truck this time to take delivery. Not only did you guy's beat the pants off of any Kawi dealer in Utah for price but you treated us like an important guest. The free T-shirts were a nice touch as well! I only wish I had purchaed my Brute Force 750 from you! Thanks again for a wonderful experience."

"I wanted more out of my ’04 Vertical Escape, and my buddy stated, “If I’m going to spend some coin, there’s only one place … Carl’s Cycle.”
After many phone conversations with Tom Hassel at Carl’s I was totally satisfied and convinced that it’s going to be worth the 700 mile drive each way. When it was time to pick-up my sled, I drove to Boise and Tom gave me a tour of the shop and introduced me to the Tech that worked on my sled.
As an auto collision repair shop owner, I was very impressed with Carl’s shop and employees.
Top Notch in every fashion! Very impressive to say the least.
After driving back to Colorado I couldn’t wait to ride my sled. After a ride, all I can say is WOW!!

"I live in Washington State and a some time ago I was over in Idaho hunting. I
use a 1980 Suzuki DR 500 as my hunting motorcycle. On the first day out
hunting, I broke my clutch cable. I drove down to Carl's Cycle to see if
my bike could be fixed as quick as possible. To my satisfaction the part
was air freighted in, and I was using my bike again in two days."
