• The Online department is closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
• All shipping costs when placing an order apply to the 48 contiguous United Sates only. For all Alaska, Hawaii and international orders, an e-mail will be sent upon placing your order with calculated shipping costs to your destination.
• Carl's Cycle Sales ships via UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous United Sates and USPS Express Mail for all Alaska, Hawaii and international orders. (weight, size and value restrictions apply)
• UPS shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Please remember to include your physical address.
